Real estate firm Perfect Property Solutions Limited (PPSL) on Saturday awarded K5 million to ten outstanding graduates from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) as part of its drive to promote ethical leadership and innovation in the built environment sector.
The awards were presented during a public lecture hosted at MUBAS under the theme ‘Ethical Leadership, Resilience, and Sustainability in the Built Environment Sector’.
Each of the selected students received K500,000, underscoring PPSL’s continued commitment to supporting education, integrity, and professional growth among Malawi’s emerging talent.
PPSL Managing Director Precious Chisi highlighted the firm’s belief in transparency, adaptability, and ethical conduct as key pillars for both personal and institutional progress.
“In times of economic uncertainty, integrity and transparency become even more vital.Maintaining trust with stakeholders requires openness and ethical practices, especially during challenging periods,” said Chisi.
Professor Witness Shaibu Kuotcha, Executive Dean of the School of Built Environment, applauded PPSL for its long-standing partnership with the university and for investing in the next generation of professionals.
“Our graduates face real challenges in building sustainable careers after university. This gesture from PPSL not only provides financial relief but also reinforces the importance of ethics, leadership, and hands-on engagement in shaping their future,” he said.
The initiative reflects PPSL’s broader vision to nurture responsible and innovative leaders who will drive Malawi’s construction and real estate sectors forward.
